Project: Guest Pavilion for а Scholar at the University
The owners of A-House are both professors. Through their work at the University, they welcome international scholars into their home and need to add а pavilion to the existing house that could accommodate one person for а very short stay.
The space should include а space to sleep as well as а small sitting area with а desk that the visitors could work on their laptop or on а paper. The pavilion can Ье freestanding or attached to the existing structure. lt needs to remain within the property and may not exceed 4m in height. Assume а floor area of 20m2.
